Learn to Recycle Right at this Sunday’s Victorian Fair!

Come visit Zero Waste Melrose at the Victorian Fair, Sunday, September 12.  We will have information and experts to answer all your questions to help you reduce, reuse and recycle.  Get answers to these questions—and many more.

· What goes into your recycle bin and what should stay out? Wonder about pizza boxes, batteries, fluorescent light bulbs, shredded paper? 

· Why and how to compost? What are the three elements needed for successful composting? And where can you buy a compost bin?

· How can you arrange for free and easy pick up for men’s women’s and children’s clothing, dishware and pots and pans, tools, small appliances and so on that you no longer need?

· Think that you can’t recycle items like tooth paste tubes, tooth brushes, Brita water filters, squeezable cosmetic containers?  You can!  Learn where to take these hard to recycle items!
