Join fellow artists and crafters to share and swap materials for creative projects!

More about this event:

• Swap Day is a community reuse event where everything is free. People can drop off items and/or take items. You don't have to bring something to take something, and vice versa.

• Please refer to the below list of items accepted for this event. Drop-off ends at 1:00 pm.

• No combustible or hazardous materials, such as spray paints or aerosols, or dangerous tools, such as razors / knives or torches.

• Be sure to bring a bag to carry your treasures home and limit all gives to clean, gently used items that can be carried by one person in one trip.

• In the spirit of the event, we ask that items you take not be resold.

• Our goal is a zero-waste event. At the end of the event, volunteers take remaining items to various locations such as thrift stores to divert as much as possible from the trash.

• This event is co-sponsored by Follow Your Art Community Studios, Zero Waste Melrose, and Lend and Mend. It is 100% volunteer-organized and managed.
